Deep Tissue Massage: This is a strong massage that may consist of several techniques as well as deeper pressure overall. Neuromuscular Therapy uses targeted pressure to release trigger points in muscles, alleviating pain and relaxing contracted muscle. Myofascial Therapy relaxes muscle by freeing restrictions in the surrounding fascia through deep, controlled pressure. These treatments may cause slight discomfort as the affected muscles are manipulated and released. Deep Tissue is excellent for chronic pain such as sciatica, stiff neck, headache and any persistent muscular pain. |
